MFA Control Toolset for NI LabVIEW™ - 专业版

The MFA Control Toolset for LabVIEW Pro Edition software includes embedded Model-Free Adaptive (MFA) controllers for the LabVIEW environment. NI platforms include PC, PXI, FieldPoint, Compact FieldPoint and CompactRIO. In LabVIEW Real-time, MFA can run faster than one millisecond providing powerful high-speed adaptive control capability for equipment control. The included standard MFA controller VIs (Virtual Instruments) and special MFA controller VIs are listed in the following tables.

MIMO MFA controllers are only available in the Professional Edition. Each MIMO will consume a corresponding number of SISO MFA controllers. For example, if the user has a CLP-04D package, he/she can run the following number of controllers at the same time: 4 SISO MFAs, or 2 SISO MFA and 1 2x2 MFA, or 2 2x2 MFAs, or 1 SISO and 1 3x3 MFA, or 4x4 MFA, and so on. This makes the product very flexible for lab or prototyping use.

SISO MFA	Replaces PID to eliminate manual tuning.
Nonlinear MFA	Controls extremely nonlinear processes.
MFA pH	Controls pH processes.
SISO + Feedforward MFA	Compensates for measurable disturbances.
Anti-delay + Feedforward MFA	Controls processes with large time delays or large Tau/T Ratio.
Robust MFA	Protects the process variable from running outside defined boundaries.

Special MFA Controller VIs	Capability and Usage
Flex-phase MFA	Controls open-loop oscillating processes.
Anti-inverse MFA	Controls processes that change signs. (This is also called MFA Optimizer)
Time-varying MFA	Controls processes with varying time constants and varying time delays.
Anti-delay MFA pH	Controls pH processes with large and varying time delays.
2x2 MFA	Controls 2x2 multivariable processes. Need CCLP-02 or larger.
3x3 MFA	Controls 3x3 multivariable processes. Need CCLP-03 or larger.
4x4 MFA	Controls 4x4 multivariable processes. Need CCLP-04 or larger.
5x5 MFA	Controls 5x5 multivariable processes. Need CCLP-05 or larger.

Note for Auto-calibration: You can save the adaptive factor and re-load it when the equipment changes or restarts.
